Crown's Planned Maintenance
Program provides a set schedule involving routine
inspection of wearable parts and safety features
but lets the customer manage the equipment repairs.
You pay a fixed monthly fee for basic services such
as inspections, lubrication, and adjustments needed
to prevent expensive repairs.
Planned maintenance services include materials and
labor and are managed by the local distributor for
a fixed per truck fee. As repair requirements arise,
you decide which repair option. Whether repairs
are performed by your local Crown distributor, through
internal maintenance personnel, or through other
contractors, the choice is yours.
