The High Throughput Solution
The GPC 3055 low-level order picker can lift two 1000 kg pallets to a height of 850 mm. The advantages can be significant in high throughput applications or where heavy, bulky products are picked. As the load builds the forks can be lowered to minimise lifting effort. The benefit is less operator fatigue and steady pick rates from start to finish of the work shift. Elevating the pallet reduces product and packaging damage caused when products are dropped onto a pallet. Double pallet handling also offers advantages such as processing multiple orders with fewer passes through the warehouse.
