Forklift and Order Picker Licence Course

LO and LF operator training
Objective
  • Aimed at trainees requiring a national high risk license to operate forklift trucks (LF) or order pickers (LO) or combined.
Course Outline
  • Identification of workplace hazards
  • Identification of forklift components
  • Pre-operational checks
  • Data plate interpretation
  • Procedures to recharge/replace batteries & procedures to replace LPG bottles
  • Operation of forklift
  • Reporting of faults
  • Assessment
  • Session includes training, theory, practical and assessment.
Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the following courses and related assessment activities, you will be awarded the relevant competency unit applicable to your application and enrolment.

These include:

  • TLILIC0003 – Licence to operate a forklift truck
  • TLILIC0004 – Licence to operate an order picking forklift truck.

You will also be eligible to be booked into a HRW Licence assessment, conducted by the relative state WHS registered licence assessor.

Course Prerequisites
  • Basic English literacy, language & numeracy (LLN)
Session Duration
  • 3 days if delivered by Crown Equipment in NSW
