Maintenance

Crown’s Integrity Service System

The ability to send the right service technician, at the right time with the right spare part is a true indicator of cost savings and real value for our customers.

Crown maintenance ensures maximum performance

Quality Maintenance for Quality Performance

It’s important to view service from multiple dimensions such as trained service technicians, the availability of quality spare parts, first-call fix rate and response time. When you’re able to look beyond low service rates and acknowledge these factors, you’ll begin to understand that you need a system in place to achieve the highest levels of performance and reliability.

Maintenance differs significantly from one forklift service provider to another and an initial low labour rate doesn’t mean lowest cost of ownership over time — it’s the frequency of consumption and the support behind the system that truly counts. You need a maintenance programme that is deliberate and efficient at a low overall cost.

We call it the Crown Integrity Service System.

Comprehensive, Customisable Maintenance Programmes

We offer a variety of forklift as well as battery and charger service options through our team of trained professionals. Crown offers maximum performance and savings through programmes tailored to your business needs.
