Eco-minded Technovation™, including eSmart™ Accurate Fuel Tracking found on our fuel efficient C-5 lift trucks, and e-GEN™ Braking Systems, available on select electric vehicles, illustrate Crown's determination to minimize waste, manage energy and maximize lifespan wherever possible. Crown's eSmart technology monitors the truck's fuel efficiency and productivity. And the innovative e-GEN system uses AC motor torque, instead of wearable brakes, to slow a lift truck's motion, which eliminates the need to replace or adjust wearable parts–another considerable reduction of wasted components, labor and funds.
