NEW BREMEN, OHIO, USA -- Few companies can boast of the experienced workforce Crown Equipment Corporation employs in manufacturing its designaward winning lift trucks.

A great showing of this experience was exhibited recently when current and retired Crown employees with 25 years of experience or more gathered at New Bremen High School.

The occasion was to recognize 53 employees for reaching 25 years of service with Crown. The “newcomers” alone represented more than 1,325 years of experience in the manufacturing, assembling, servicing, selling and marketing of the top brand of electric lift trucks in the world.

Impressively, over 400 employees have reached this milestone with 300 of them still active.

This year’s attendees, in excess of 300 people, gathered prior to the recognition ceremony for an informal reception. The group was also able to browse the new Crown web site on one of the five computer work stations displayed.

Another computer station displayed photos and information on each inductee in presentation format, helping familiarize the group with the newcomers.

The formal award ceremonies were held in the James F. Dicke Auditorium, Executive Vice President Jim Dicke III presented the newest 25-year employees with an attractive acrylic-styled plaque and monetary gift, noting their 25 years of service with Crown.
