The Crown 2006 group represents more than 1,325 years of
work experience. | Recognized as the number one brand of electric lift trucks in the United States and the sixth largest lift truck manufacturer in the world, Crown Equipment Corporation can also boast as having one of the most experienced workforces anywhere.
That was apparent when Crown recognized 53 employees for reaching 25 years of service with the company earlier this year. The “newcomers” represent more than 1,325 years of experience in the manufacturing, assembling, servicing, selling and marketing of Crown’s design-award winning lift trucks. Overall, 647 Crown employees have reached 25 years with the company. The active employees in this group represent an amazing figure of more than 14,000 years of experience.

More than 400 employees or former employees attended this
year's awards ceremonies. | Annually, Crown recognizes employees for reaching this milestone in award ceremonies held in the New Bremen High School gymnasium. President Jim Dicke III presented the latest 25-year employees with an attractive acrylic-styled plaque and a monetary gift, noting their years of service with Crown.
This year’s attendees, in excess of 400 people, gathered prior to the recognition ceremony for an informal reception. Following the ceremonies, this year’s attendees toured the company’s new lift truck demonstration facility in Plant 12 and the new medical center.
