Warranty
Reduce your risk of high costs associated with early parts failure. Our warranty includes the cost of labor, parts, and technician travel for all warranty repairs. Because Crown builds the majority of its parts, we offer the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. Crown’s warranty exceeds that of many conventional product warranties, which may expire after only 1000 hours, or as quickly as six months.
Crown product-specific warranties (examples below):
- Frame - Structural = 5 years, unlimited hours
- Electronics = 3 years or 6000 hours
- Motors = 2 years, unlimited hours
- Mechanical = 1 year, unlimited hours

Crown’s highly advanced service support programs begin with technicians trained in electronics, mechanical, and electrical systems. Diagnostics / troubleshooting is simplified by the implementation of Crown’s Access 1 2 3™ control system. Our technicians, systems, and parts availability help us “fix it right, fix it fast, and fix it the first time.”

Crown original forklift parts play a major role in maintaining the integrity of your Crown investment. Up to 85% of the parts used in Crown lift trucks are designed and manufactured by Crown. Longer parts life and lower price are guaranteed when compared to look alike parts used in conventional products.
