Through its annual Summit Awards program, Crown has recognized five dealers and three branches throughout the United States for excellent performance in 2002. The award-winning branches and dealers were honored at a national awards ceremony at the Westin Resort in Hilton Head, South Carolina on April 26-28, 2003. The two-day session recognized the success of the winners and allowed them to exchange ideas on ways to improve in the future.

Crown Lift Trucks, Dayton, and Lift Stak & Stor, Inc., Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, were named the top Crown branch and dealer respectively for 2002. Each earned the James F. Dicke Pioneer Award, named after Crown's Chairman Emeritus. Crown Dayton has received the prestigious honor for seven consecutive years. These top-achieving branches and dealers have been very successful in this past year during some difficult market conditions and yet exceeded the program's performance levels.
