Crown Lift Trucks, Memphis, Tennessee, and Lift Stak & Stor, Inc.,
Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, received the James F. Dicke Pioneer Award, named after Crown’s Chairman Emeritus. The honor is the company’s highest recognition for branches and dealers.

Lift Stak & Stor, Inc., has won 17 Summit Awards including six Pioneer Awards over the last eleven years. “They go all out to help their customers,” said Crown Director of Sales Greg Meyer. “If a customer has an issue, they won’t rest until it’s resolved. They have quality people.”

Crown Memphis picked up their first Pioneer Award and second Summit Award. Shown with the awards are Alan Rudolph (l) and Chris Gagel (r).

Crown Memphis is a first-time Pioneer Award winner and Summit Award winner for the second consecutive year.

“In an industry where the competitive pressure is unrelenting and much of the competition sells only on price, these dealers and branches consistently look for opportunities to add value for their customers,” said Crown Senior Vice President Jim Moran about the award winners. “Their success has grown from a commitment to help their customers succeed.”

Eleven additional dealers and branches received Summit and Ascent Awards for outstanding performance in 2005. Crown selected winners from 37 Crown branch operations and 64 independent dealers.
