Crown Equipment Corp. Honored as SYSCO 2006 Top Supplier
Crown Equipment Corporation is one of six companies honored by SYSCO
Corporation (NYSE:SYY) as a 2006 top operations supplier. SYSCO is
North America’s largest foodservice marketer and distributor.

reliability, service and support from Crown,” said Gary Cullen, vice
president of distribution services for SYSCO Corporation. “Our
relationship continues to grow and we find that Crown’s industry

Suppliers were chosen by SYSCO’s operations personnel and were graded
on their ability to satisfy SYSCO’s requirements in a cost-effective
and efficient manner. Criteria included elements that measure a
supplier’s ability to be a good team player, flexible, innovative and
accurate. In addition, those selected were to exhibit a high degree of
professional ethics and integrity, provide quality products and
services and be a good communicator.

Crown supplies SYSCO with a fleet of electric lift trucks ranging from hand pallet trucks to very narrow-aisle turret trucks.
