Several service programs are available as value-added solutions to help meet your specific business needs. A few of these examples include the following:
- Planned Maintenance provides basic services such as inspections, lubrication and adjustments for a fixed monthly fee.
- Full Maintenance, a predictable rate maintenance program, includes parts, labor and support based upon your application requirements.
- Contract Maintenance provides a technician at your facility to perform maintenance on a time and materials basis.
To ensure these programs are meeting your needs and goals, Crown has also developed the following services:
- Maintenance History Review is performed by Crown-trained personnel to determine usage, abuse areas, targeted training opportunities and cost savings potential.
- Crown Fleet Audit/Inspection provides factory district managers to supervise the review of equipment condition, analyze frequency of parts replacement and critique planned maintenance performance. This offers cost-savings opportunities for customers using in-house, third-party or Crown technicians.
- Fleet Support Services is for organizations with multiple locations that require consolidated, centralized billing along with maintenance history training at the local and national level.
