Crown's Demonstrated Performance course introduces a unique "hands-on" approach to service training. This training approach consists of individual self-paced modules covering planned maintenance procedures, repairing and replacing mechanical components, and troubleshooting the electrical and hydraulic systems. Each technician will learn and practice individually on an actual truck. Then they will demonstrate their ability to perform the skill (such as drive unit removal and replacement, or correctly diagnosing an electrical malfunction) before moving on to the next module. |

Clinic
participants will learn how to use the Crown service
manuals, service terminal and additional information
to properly maintain or repair Crown TS or TSP turret
trucks. The trucks' operation, electrical, guidance
and hydraulic systems are covered in detail, as
well as proper trouble-shooting techniques in the
event of a malfunction. |
