The ESR Series features various combinations of advanced hydraulics and motors, programmable features, intuitive displays, one-touch controls and camera options that all work together to raise performance.
- The ESR reach trucks’ optional Xpress Lower technology can double lowering speeds, resulting in substantial savings in time and money.
- The optional Auto Height Select feature automatically stops the forks at programmed rack heights - at the push of a button without looking away from the load - to improve throughput and avoid product, rack and lift truck damage.
- The Tilt Position Assist option compensates for mast and carriage deflection and automatically levels forks relative to the ground for more precise positioning.

All three versions have been designed by Crown to resist flexing which reduces swaying at height and mast vibrations.
They offer impressive residual capacities of up to 1200 kg at 12 m lift height. Other benefits include reduced loading and unloading times, higher throughput, improved operator confidence and added levels of safety.

The Gena operating system provides operators with an intuitive, data-rich experience that's fully integrated into the reach truck's architecture and can be updated wirelessly. Its 7'' touch screen is programmable in 25 languages. Customisable widgets help operators reach new levels of productivity.
The optional Capacity Data Monitor provides load weights, lift heights and capacity limits at a glance.
Colour-coded visuals are designed to alert the operator of current status, so they stay within specified load limits.
Crown's optional InfoLink Operator and Fleet Management System helps promote safe operating behaviour with features including access control, visual inspection checklists, impact detection, alerts and equipment lockout. Real-time and historical data reveal areas of risk and identify areas of opportunity.
The ESR Series reach trucks regularly display safety messages to remind operators of their training.

Adjustability all Around
ESR Series reach trucks include adjustability for suspension seat height/weight and forward/reverse seat position, as well as seat tilt and lumbar support.
The D4 Armrest can be mounted to the seat or the reach truck. Its height and horizontal position are also adjustable, as are steering tiller height and horizontal position and display screen inclination.
A great fit for both small and large operators.
Visibility
The ESR Series reach trucks' offset mast gives the operator a better view of the load wheel, fork and pallet.
The optional panoramic glass further enhances visibility and provides a superior debris shield.
Display and Accessory Controls
Integrated into the armrest, the ESR reach trucks’ optional display navigation knob provides a convenient alternative to the touchscreen.
Accessories such as worklights and seat heater are controlled from auxiliary switches in the armrest control panel.
D4 Armrest with Choice of Hydraulic Controls
The operator-focused D4 Armrest, available as standard on the *ESR 1260 and as an option for the ESR 1220 and ESR 1240, helps operators achieve more with adjustability, ergonomic comfort and adaptability.
A choice of fingertip, dual lever or multi-task controls allows you to customise your reach truck based on application needs and operator preference.

Smooth and Predictable Driving Behaviour
The ESR Series reach trucks offer a unique driving experience.
The Gena operating system allows adjustment of driving parameters such as acceleration, braking, or travel speed to specific operator and application requirements, creating an individual driving experience for skilled operators as well as for novices.
Crown's intelligent system for speed reduction in turns recognises whether the operator is driving into or out of a curve, analysing steer tyre angle, driving direction and steering direction, and automatically adjusts speed and acceleration for safety and performance.
Using the reach truck in wet, dusty or freezer applications will greatly benefit from Crown's patented OnTrac anti-slip traction control which reduces tyre spin during acceleration, plugging and braking.

Options and Accessories
Lithium-Ion Batteries
V-Force lithium-ion batteries can improve performance and productivity. They offer a very short charging time, tolerate unlimited opportunity charging, and simplify battery management by avoiding the need for daily maintenance, spare batteries, or special rooms for charging.
The use of a lithium-ion battery in combination with regenerative lowering enables energy savings of up to 30%.
Floor Spotlights
Floor spotlights - available in blue or red colour or as floor linelights - can alert pedestrians of a forklift's presence.
USB Charging Port
ESR reach trucks with the Gena operating system can be equipped with a USB charging port, suitable for charging phones, tablets and other mobile devices.
Colour Camera System
The camera (mast or fork mounted) and colour monitor improve the operator's visibility at height.
Cold Store Cabin
The spacious enclosed freezer cabin provides a heated, comfortable work environment in temperature extreme applications (-30°C). The cabin also affords exceptional visibility that contributes to operator productivity and shift endurance. (available on ESR 1240 and *ESR 1260 models)
