The GPC Series order picker provides exceptional driving performance along with fatigue-reducing comfort for increased operator productivity.
And since studies have shown that 90 percent of the typical picking cycle is performed off the lift truck, Crown engineers and designers created a comprehensive range of options and accessories to fit the requirements of each application and to reduce and simplify operator movements on and off the order picker.

The GPC Series offers a complete line of order pickers to meet your application challenge, including taller, heavier loads and second-level picking.
An optional fold-down step provides a practical way to extend operator reach. The GPC Series also includes a platform lift and travel option as well as a platform lift option to position operators for easier second-level picking.
Order picker models with high-lift forks provide ergonomic and productivity advantages. Forks can be lowered or raised to minimise operator lifting and bending for steadier picks and reduced fatigue.

V-Force Lithium-Ion Makes the Difference
GPC Series order pickers are optionally available with V-Force Lithium-Ion Compact Batteries, fully integrated to provide more efficiency and longer runtimes than traditional lead-acid batteries.

- In-truck display showing battery state of charge level and warnings
- Battery management system for extended battery life
- Early Warning System that provides alerts and limits truck functionalities during a low state of charge

Lithium-Ion Batteries
V-Force lithium-ion batteries can improve performance and productivity. They offer a very short charging time, tolerate unlimited opportunity charging, and simplify battery management by avoiding the need for daily maintenance, spare batteries or special rooms for charging.
Fold-Down Step
A fold-down step provides a practical and economical way to extend the reach of the order picker, providing a safer and faster way of handling out-of-reach product.
Pallet Entry Rollers
Pallet entry rollers assist the load arms in easily traversing bottom boards.
Platform Lift Options
A platform lift and travel option improves productivity in applications with frequent second-level picking tasks.
For applications with less frequent second-level picking tasks, a platform lift option is also available which can be combined with a picking guard for additional support.
Work Assist Accessory Tubes
Alongside the tried-and-tested Work Assist accessory tubes, a front version with integrated cable management is available, allowing power-supplied accessories to be mounted on the tube for better accessibility and visibility.
Work Assist Accessories
Crown Work Assist accessories are designed to make the operator's job faster, easier and more productive. The extensive range of accessories includes features such as magnetic storage trays, soft writing mats, load trays, clipboards, trash bag holder and beverage holder.
Pick Position Control
Pick Position Control allows the operator to “walk” the truck to the next pick location thereby eliminating the extra steps and delays needed to enter and exit the order picker.
