Entry Bar Switch

The Entry Bar switch helps to promote operator safety. If an operator places the foot on the entry bar switch, the double stacker automatically slows down.

Visibility

The short head length together with the elevated operator platform and the side-stance operation provide exceptional visibility in both driving directions.

Reliable and Protected

The RTD Series ride-on double stacker is engineered to withstand the rigorous conditions around fast-paced, congested work areas.

Robust initial lift load arms provide higher ground clearance for better handling on inclines and uneven floors and to avoid product shifting during transport.
It features a reinforced 8-mm thick steel skirt, 6-mm thick steel wrap-around sidewalls and no exposed plastic parts in external areas.
Reinforced, one-piece high tensile steel forks feature an adjustable pull-rod linkage, eliminating buckling forces and providing more protection over uneven surfaces and dock boards.
Crown designed and built AC motors run longer, cooler and more efficiently and feature the highest thermal rating in the industry.

LED Work Lights

Modern LED work lights provide significantly increased visibility in challenging lighting conditions on the ramp or inside a lorry or trailer.

The work lights are positioned at a specific angle to avoid glare and reflection and they can only be activated when moving in forks-first direction. In combination with the fork tip indicators, they enable precise and swift control of the double stacker.

V-Force lithium-ion batteries can improve performance and productivity. They offer a very short charging time, tolerate unlimited opportunity charging, and simplify battery management by avoiding the need for daily maintenance, spare batteries or special rooms for charging.
