Reinforcing Operator Training
Crown's ProximityAssist System is a LiDAR-based assist technology that can help reduce impacts, increase operator awareness and reinforce training.
The system actively limits travel speed when the lift truck approaches a detected object. Integration with the forklift enables dynamic detection fields based on travel speed and steering angle.
The ProximityAssist System can be ordered with new lift trucks and is also available using retrofit kits. It is available for reach trucks, order pickers, stand-up counterbalance lift trucks, very narrow aisle turret trucks, tow tractors and select rider pallet trucks.

ProximityAssist System
Reduces impacts, reinforces training and increases operator awareness to promote warehouse safety, using LiDAR to detect objects in the forklift's path and reducing travel speed to allow the operator to take appropriate action.
Auto Fence
Promotes warehouse safety by slowing or stopping travel or limiting lift height based on the lift truck's location.
Auto Positioning System
Boosts productivity up to 25% by interfacing with the warehouse management system, then blending lift and travel to take the most efficient route to the next rack location.
QuickPick Order Picking Technology
Reduces operator fatigue, promotes safety and saves up to five seconds per pick by streamlining the order picking process, enabling operators to remotely advance the lift truck while picking behind the vehicle.
Auto Height Select
Improves throughput and helps avoid damage to equipment, product and rack by stopping the forks at preprogrammed lift heights.
Tilt Position Assist
Streamlines pallet entry and reduces operator effort when positioning loads. Moves the forks to a programmed tilt position, often level with the floor, or to another programmed position.
Intrinsic Stability System
Helps improve operator confidence by monitoring key forklift functions, including load weight, lift height and steering angle to manage travel speed, improving overall stability.
End Aisle Control
Enhances warehouse safety by decreasing the lift truck's travel speed at the end of busy aisle ways where pedestrians and other vehicles may be present.
Linear Speed Control
Enhances stability at height while boosting operator confidence and productivity. Uses a variable height sensor to monitor order picker platform height to set an appropriate travel speed.
